Nurses & Company is licensed in every state where we operate, fully insured, and bonded. Every caregiver is our W-2 employee — background checked, reference checked, credential verified where applicable, and covered by workers’ compensation.

Scope of our license

We provide non-medical home care and private-duty nursing. Our LPNs and RNs can manage medications and bring licensed-level clinical judgment into the home. We do not provide skilled services that require a physician’s order, such as wound care or injections, and we are not a Medicare-certified home health agency. If you need that care, tell us and we will point you to the right provider.

Insurance and bonding

General and professional liability insurance, employee dishonesty bonding, and workers’ compensation coverage for every caregiver. Certificates are available on request.
