A Care Manager for every family
Reach us day or night, and the person handling your care is a trained Care Manager who understands it.
A Care Manager oversees the plan
A Care Manager assesses the situation, builds the care plan, and keeps watch as needs change.
Caregivers arrive prepared
Every caregiver shows up with the current care plan in hand: routines, preferences, medications, what changed since last time.
The same caregiver, matched to your family
We choose the right person and keep them consistent. Matched, not assigned.
We catch problems before you feel them
If a caregiver can’t make a shift, our system flags it the moment it happens and sends a backup — usually before you’d ever notice.
You can see everything
Care notes, visits, and billing in one place, updated in real time, through CareHQ.
The people we send are the whole point
Every caregiver is background-checked, trained, and chosen for fit — then matched to your family and kept consistent, so trust can build. They arrive prepared, with the current care plan in hand, backed by a team and a Care Manager who know the situation as well as they do.
We help you actually use the insurance you paid for
If there’s a long-term care insurance policy, we help you find it, understand it, file the claim, and bridge the elimination period.
No long-term care policy? We’ll walk you through clear private-pay options tailored to your needs.

What St. Louis families tell us
I was stuck between a rock and a hard place with a tough decision for my mother. Patty was so kind and caring — she really lifted my spirits. She stopped everything just for me and made me feel important in my time of need. I’m very thankful.
Nurses & Company took care of both my parents. I can’t say enough good things — they gave me great comfort. A special shout-out to Jody and Patty: they made my mom feel like family. ❤️
My greatest thanks to the caregivers for the loving care my mom received. They worked with me to best fit her needs while being conscious of the cost. I’ll recommend them to anyone looking for help with their loved ones.
Nurses & Company took excellent care of my dad. All the caregivers were great — especially Jodie and Patty. I had peace of mind knowing he was always cared for in a professional yet loving way.
How quickly can care start?
Often within a day or two of your Living Room Visit, and sometimes same day in urgent situations.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Yes — we typically start at a four-hour visit minimum, so a caregiver has time to genuinely help. (Confirm your real minimum before launch.)
What if it’s not the right caregiver?
Tell us and we re-match. Fit matters more to us than filling a slot.
Are caregivers employees?
Yes — employed, background-checked, trained, and insured. Not a contractor marketplace.
Will insurance cover it?
If there’s a long-term care policy, we help you use it. Otherwise it’s private pay, and we keep pricing clear.
Do you serve my area?
We cover St. Louis and the surrounding metro, including many local communities. Ask us about your neighborhood.
Can I see what’s happening between visits?
Yes — through CareHQ, our care platform, you’ll see visits, care notes, and billing in one place. CareHQ is in private beta right now, rolling out to clients and partners weekly, with full release expected in Summer 2026.
Let’s figure out the right care, together
No cost, no pressure. A Care Manager answers, day or night.
