Around-the-clock care at home in St. Louis
When your loved one needs support at any hour, 24-hour and live-in care provides a caring, capable presence day and night — so they stay safe in their own home, and you finally rest easy.
What round-the-clock care provides
Continuous, non-medical support — so someone is always there.
Day-and-night presence
A caregiver on hand around the clock — whether through rotating shifts or a live-in arrangement — so your loved one is never alone when they need help.
Overnight safety
Support for nighttime needs — bathroom trips, repositioning, wandering prevention, and reassurance — reducing fall risk and easing anxiety after dark.
Full daily support
Meals, personal care, mobility, companionship, and household help across the whole day — every routine covered.
Consistent care team
A small, familiar team of caregivers — not a rotating cast of strangers — so your loved one always sees faces they trust.
Care Manager oversight
A dedicated Care Manager coordinates the schedule and the plan, ensuring seamless coverage with no gaps.
Always someone to call
Around-the-clock care backed by 24/7 real-human answering — if anything changes, a trained person is always reachable.
Why families choose us for 24-hour care
Since 1992
Coordinating continuous care takes real operational strength. Thirty-plus years in, we’ve built the systems to do it reliably.
The operations system behind it
Round-the-clock care lives or dies on scheduling. Our own operations system keeps shifts covered and every caregiver prepared — so there are no gaps.
A trusted, consistent team
We keep the care team small and familiar, so continuous care never means a parade of strangers through your loved one’s home.
No contracts
Whether you need 24-hour care for a season or the long term, nothing locks you in. Adjust as needs change.
What’s the difference between 24-hour care and live-in care?
24-hour care uses caregivers working shifts so someone is always awake and alert. Live-in care has a caregiver staying in the home with scheduled rest. Your Care Manager helps you choose what fits your loved one’s needs and home.
Is 24-hour care medical?
No. It’s non-medical, private-duty support — continuous help with daily activities, safety, and companionship. We’re not a medical or skilled-nursing provider.
Will my loved one see the same caregivers?
Yes — we build a small, consistent care team for round-the-clock arrangements, so your loved one is always cared for by familiar, trusted faces.
How do families pay for 24-hour care?
If there’s a long-term care insurance policy, we help you find it, understand it, and file the claim — actually using the coverage you paid for. If there’s no policy, it’s private pay, and we keep pricing clear and tailored to your needs. We don’t bill Medicare or Medicaid.
