Common questions

Questions families ask us first

Is this medical or skilled nursing care?

No. We provide non-medical, private-duty recovery support — help with daily tasks, mobility, routines, and a safe transition home. We don’t provide skilled or medical treatment; if that’s needed, we’ll help you understand who to involve.

How quickly can care start after discharge?

Often very quickly. Because we prepare caregivers through our operations system, we can typically arrange support in time for the return home. Call as soon as you know a discharge is coming.

What kind of help is most useful right after a hospital stay?

The everyday things — meals, personal care, safe movement around the home, appointment reminders, and simply a steady presence during the fragile first days. It’s about making recovery easier and safer.

Will insurance cover recovery support at home?

If there’s a long-term care insurance policy, we help you use it — finding it, understanding it, and filing the claim. Otherwise it’s private pay, with clear pricing. We provide non-medical support and don’t bill Medicare or Medicaid.
