Who we are

What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to deliver care.

When you request a quote or reserve a rate: your name, email address, cell phone number, the street address where care is needed, your preferred call time, and the details of the care you selected (service area, timing, who care is for, caregiver level, days per week, hours per day, and the quoted rate).
When you apply to work with us: your name, certification, years of experience, ZIP code, email address, and cell phone number.
Automatically: standard web analytics (pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type) and marketing attribution parameters such as UTM tags and click identifiers.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or medical records through this website. Please do not send them to us by email or web form.

How we use it

To contact you about the care you asked about, and to prepare your care plan and quote.
To send you the quote or application you requested by text message or email.
To staff, schedule, and supervise care if you become a client.
To measure which advertising and pages actually help families find us.
To meet our legal, licensing, and insurance obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages and calls

When you give us your cell phone number and submit a form, you agree that we may call and text you about your request, including by automated means. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop service messages about care you have already scheduled.

Rate holds

When you reserve a rate, we retain the quote details for the duration of the seven-day hold and afterward as a business record. A rate hold is not a contract for services and does not guarantee caregiver availability. See our Terms of Use.

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers who work on our behalf and are bound to protect it — for example, our scheduling and care-management system, our phone and text messaging providers, our email provider, and our analytics and advertising vendors. We also share information when the law requires it, when a regulator or licensing body requires it, or to protect the safety of a client or caregiver.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technology for analytics and advertising measurement, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta advertising tools. You can block cookies in your browser; parts of the site may not work as well. Where required, we honor Global Privacy Control signals.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to answer you and to meet our legal and insurance obligations. Client and caregiver records are retained for the periods required by state licensing and employment law.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop contacting you. Write to care@nursesandco.com or call (844) 815-8312. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law; we honor those requests regardless of where you live.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging care. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and post the new version here.
